JK & The Contraband fuse the improvisational spark of jazz with the bite of ‘90s alternative—think fearless jams, intricate rhythms, and melodies that move, drawing on influences from Herbie Hancock to grunge-era icons.

Guitar virtuoso Bobby Koelble, a Berklee-trained UCF professor best known for his work with metal legends Death who now fronts acclaimed jazz projects, brings a trio set packed with taste, tone, and telepathy. Expect fluid interplay, modern swing, and world-class chops from one of Central Florida’s most respected players.
